RECIPE | Day After Red Salsa

Are you curious about why this is named ‘Day After Red Salsa’ by chance?

There is really no complicated answer other than, this salsa tastes better day after day. As it sits and the flavors marinate together, holy cow, it’s like the salsa gift that keeps on giving. Try it and tell me what day you think the flavors are best… my personal opinion is that the flavor is at it’s absolute best on day 3 after making a batch. Though it will stay fresh and delicious in the fridge for up to a week or so. (Our batches never last that long!)

Use this salsa to top my Roasted Poblano Pepper Chicken Enchiladas with creamy green sauce. The flavors compliment each other really well!
