 1 Trader Joe's Cauliflower Crust
 7 Baked Turkey Meatballs
 2 tbsp Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto
 1 cup Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 ¼ cup red onion, sauteed
 ¼ cup fresh basil

Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees.


The key to a great pizza using these Trader Joe's Cauliflower Crusts is to pre-bake them so they get extra crispy.

Be sure to bake the crust on one side for 10 minutes and then flip over and bake for another 10 minutes. Then you'll be ready to add your toppings!


First, you'll need to sautee the red onion. I do this because the pizza doesn't cook very long and this will help the onion to be cooked once the pizza is done.

Next, to create your pizza once you have pre-baked the crust, spoon on the pesto sauce (or you can use marinara if you would rather), then sprinkle on the sauteed onions and fresh basil. Then you'll cut the meatballs in half and place them evenly around the pizza. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and then pop in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
