I N G R E D I E N T S //
 1 can (14.5 oz) wild salmon, drained
 1 egg
 1 tsp Primal Palate New Bae seasoning (or you can season with salt, pepper & paprika)
 3 tsp Primal Kitchen Garlic Aioli mayo
 10 Multi-Seed Nut-Thins crackers, crushed
 1 tsp dried parsley
 3 tbsp Vital Farms Sea Salted butter

In a mixing bowl, add in the salmon, egg, crushed crackers, seasonings & mayo. Combine it all together.

Over medium-low heat in a sauté pan, add in the butter to melt while you make the patties.

Lay out a piece of parchment paper & begin forming your patties. You should get six 2.5oz patties out of the salmon mix.

Then once the butter is melted, turn the head to medium and add in all the patties, cooking them on each side for 3.5 minutes until they are golden brown. Then you're ready to enjoy!!
