RECIPE | Tessemae’s Turkey Meatloaf

I N G R E D I E N T S //
 2 lbs Ground Turkey
 3 Slices of Dave's Killer Bread (thin-sliced)
 2 Eggs
 4 oz water
  cup Tessemae's Ketchup
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
 1 tbsp Worcestshire Sauce

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a glass loaf dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with the bread. Be sure to finely crumble up all the bread into little chunks.

Next, add in the eggs, spices and water. Combine everything together thoroughly and then add the Worcestshire sauce and half the ketchup. Mix everything together until completely combined.

Now you will put the meat mixture into your greased loaf pan. Smooth it all into the pan and then put the remaining ketchup on the top (smooth it on like it's frosting).

Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 60 minutes.
